The Vice President, Clinical Operations leads, develops, implements, and evaluates the care management, quality improvement, service improvement, and cost management efforts of KHP.   This role serves as the chief operating officer for KHP. The Vice President, Clinical Operations also:

  • Leads and directs the care management team across the organization
  • Plans and deploys clinical services, performance improvement initiatives, and new program development
  • Assesses clinical care coordination  and leverages the use of information technology to improve the effectiveness of care management
