We were proud to be an exhibitor for Kentuckiana Health Collaborative’s annual conference on March 16. More than 200 community representatives who have a major stake in improving the health care system in Kentucky attended.

The mission of the Kentuckiana Health Collaborative (KHC) is to coordinate action-oriented efforts to mobilize the community to improve health and well-being. The KHC works collaboratively to improve access to high quality care and drive cost efficient solutions, enhancing the economic competitiveness of the region.
KHC members include healthcare providers, health plans, hospitals, employers, government, labor unions, non-profit advocacy groups including Greater Louisville Medical Society, and other healthcare related stakeholders. KentuckyOne Health Partners definitely stood out as a leader at this conference and was recognized for being at the forefront of the new value-based era of medicine. Our sophisticated care management system, robust membership, systematic approach to quality measures and transformative patient care approach is making a real difference in the health of those we serve.
