Dr. James Lynch, KentuckyOne Health Primary Care in Lexington, has signed on to chair the KentuckyOne Health Partners Quality Committee for the third consecutive year. As such, Dr. Lynch plays an active role in establishing and overseeing the clinically integrated network’s annual quality, cost, and utilization goals. He will also oversee and implement the KHP Member (provider) evaluation, lead remediation processes, and provide guidance to the KHP Board of Managers in regards to Member disposition.
Other members of the KHP Quality Committee include Dr. Jeffery Graves, KentuckyOne Health Anesthesiology Associates; Dr. Gerald Temes, Retired/Cardiovascular Surgery; and, Dr. Russ Williams, KentuckyOne Health General Surgery Associates.
“Dr. Lynch’s role is essentially to ensure that our KHP physician performance translates into a meaningful business case for the engagement of payers and employers,” said Amy O’Connell, APRN, KHP’s Advanced Practice Clinical Leader who provides executive support for the Quality Committee. “Thanks to Dr. Lynch’s leadership and the engagement of our other committee members, KHP has made significant improvements in quality over the last two years.”
